Hi I've just received a text from 880088 saying I owe £15 but I've logged into my account (not from the text) and I don't owe anything ..... Is it a scam?

Yes it's a scam. Just delete it without clicking any links. Quite a few customers reported this.

Yep, it's a scam that's being doing the rounds for a couple of months now....
