I have phoned o2 4x times on the last 2 days, each time on hold to referrals team for 1.5 hours or more being told “I’m first in line” and never spoken to anyone.
I received an email saying “We're unable to identify & proceed further with your request as the
details provided in the form is mismatched on our system.
In order to look in to the issues and assist you further I will request
you to contact us on Webchat so that we can take the request that you
have. You can contact us using the link“
The link takes me to virtual chat and I cannot speak to anyone. On the phone I get told I need to speak to referrals but I’ve been on hold for 58 minutes and got put through to the wrong department anyway! How do I speak to someone who can deal with this!
