Hi All,
My porting from 3 took place on 29/12/22 and I was originally promised in e-mail all would be completed by 18:00 that day. On that day my old 3 sim stopped working but the number did not move to my new o2 sim as promised.
Every day I call and am told it will be another 24 hours, and it is with the IT / Technical team and that nothing further can be done to escalate. This is causing me real issues not being able to log into banking / apps, not to mention the important calls I am missing (moving house!) - an awful start to my new contract from a service point of view.
Has anyone else had this issue, can anyone help?
