Im not sure if anyone here would be able to help.
Two weeks ago I bought a pay monthly phone. O2 shipped the phone 2 days later and here is where my problem starts. DHL was supposed to deliver my phone on Monday but for some reason they didn't. They didn't on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and of course on Friday either, even though they change every day the delivery date. It was a Christmas gift which won't be delivered. I was trying to use the chat but nobody there was trying to help me - they only wrote we will email you once we get back info from DHL.
I tried to contact with DHL and they said we are busy and we will make sure it will be delivered tomorrow. I asked them if I can pick it up by myself but it wasn't possible.
So I'm without a phone, not sure if I will get it at all and O2 already issued me a bill for service which they are not providing at the moment.
Any idea what can I do?
