Phone calls to channel islands

HI, I have a simplicity 20 contract which I get included calls to the Channel islands.

I want to upgrade to get more free minutes . However I am confused as the rates charged to channel islands is standard rate but does not say if they are included in the free minutes.

Can anyone help as trying to get sense out of the website and talk to somebody is night impossible. My only other option is to change to giff gaff who go through o2 and talk time is included in the free minutes. Thanks

We have had this discussion before and, from memory, as they are UK numbers they are included in your minutes.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

The answer is it depends....

 

UK mobile number, who just happens to be in the Channel Islands when you phone them


Free for you, but might cost them to receive your call.

 

Channel Islands based local sim


Not a UK telephone number.  15ppm call, 13p text
