Hello,
my phone has been cut off because I haven’t been able to pay it this month.
I really need it as I have children and use it for work purposes now.
Ive also had a death in the family so wasn’t able to pay it as was off work.
can I set up an agreement to pay this.
And I’d also like to know why my bill is a different payment each month.
I can not afford to be paying over £100 each month I have asked you before to sort this out and give me something cheaper otherwise I have will have no other choice but to leave you guys and go with another provider that will look after me.
many thanks

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team, who may be able to help. but be aware that o2 can decide not to reconnect you, and your credit file will be affected, and they may also bar your handset.
You can call them on 0800 902 0217 either borrow a phone, or use Skype details are here Guide: A Guide to Skype
If you decide to leave o2 and are still in contract you will need to pay off in full any Device Plan and any termination fees.
