I have tried change when my bill comes out my bank but won’t let me change it. Currently the money comes out on the 16th of each month and I would prefer it to come out with my other bills at the start of each month

There is not enough time for the revised date to work through all the systems before it would be due @Chloe07
Try again just after your next bill is taken, or see if the payment management team can do something "outside the box".
