Hi i seem to have sent you more payments than I should have doe due to the system being slow on Wednesday. If you could refund me the payments I would be grateful

You can speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217. They probably won't refund you, but will use your over payments as credit towards your next month's bill. You can avoid this problem happening again by setting up a Direct Debit.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
