Due to not having funds due to being out of work can I extend my contract for 3 months and pause payments just now?

You need to speak to the payment team 

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Hi Liam!

The best thing to do would be to contact customer services on 202 to discuss this with our payment management team. I'm sure they can find a solution for you.

But please bear with them, they are extremely busy as i'm sure you can appreciate!
