Yes you may have provided this person with a number to call from a landline but why should he have to do that and get charged for the call. I've had this problem no end of times you cut me off so can't ring out your mobile app just gives you the number 202 which you can't ring and to top it off you still charge full price for the service I'm not receiving..you certainly need a better link for online payments and free number to call from a landline.

Pay through http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Can you use another persons O2 contract phone to ring 202.

Possibly set up a direct debit so your payments are taken automatically in the future.

o2 Customer Services Link http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Their are alternative numbers to make a payment.

Call 2729 from your mobile or ring or 0800 588 4217 from a landline and enter the mobile number you wish to pay.

@Anonymous to be fair to o2, the terms and conditions state payment should be made by direct debit.

As you have chosen to pay by another method, or rather not paid as you have no service, then this is not the fault of o2.

The number to call is 202 from an o2 mobile or 0344 809 0202 which if you call from another mobile or landline with inclusive minutes, the call is taken from this allowance.

If not then you will need to pay for the call. In future direct debit is recommended to avoid this.
