Why are you chasing payment. I paid yesterday by card

Try Payment Management, but it might take time for your payment to clear.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217. 

 

The opening times are:

 

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

 

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

 

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

@Pete18 If your payment was late they will chase you. If you set up a Direct Debit like you're supposed to, they won't chase you any more.

How can I pay my bill? (o2.co.uk)
