I rang up many months ago explaining how my daughter made an account under my name and didn’t cancel racking up a lovely bill for me to try and deal with and the young woman on the phone managed to sort it all out and cancel the amount owed and my stress was relieved and today I have just been sent a letter by some other company who bought my apparent un payed amount saying I owe them now money and frankly I’m getting pretty irritated and this needs to be fixed right away
