I have had a text message saying my payment is overdue but it was taken out if my bank which in turn left my bank overdrawn i cant afford to have my phone cut off due to my husbands medical needs and my sons nain school contact number

Check your MyO2 to ensure it's not a common scam.
If so, Block the number and do not follow any links.
Forward the scam text to 7726 - It's free.
