With it been a bank holiday weekend, there may be delays in either O2 or your bank keeping up with each other.

Hi there @Ste11 , as mentioned above there might have been some delays earlier with payments clearing from the bank due to the bank holiday. Let us know if you're still waiting or if everything ended up ok with your payment after the long weekend.
