Due to a bank issue my last direct debit bounced. I paid the outstanding balance within 24 hours of realising and before it showed as overdue in My O2.
Having just logged into My O2 this evening my account shows as overdue despite me making this payment which effectively put me in credit. How then can my bill be overdue? I'm not paying it again and have my 'credit' applied to my next bill.

Still showing overdue this morning, looked a little deeper and it appears the payment has been allocated to another account I have with o2 and not the one the payment should have applied to.

Accounting systems are a mess at the moment due to a botched upgrade by O2
