You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Welcome to the o2 community forum.
There is a pressure of extra work on the customer service now as they are short of staff because of covid-19. Unfortunately you will need to keep trying to get through this is tedious of course, we know. Try to be patient. Try first thing in the morning 08.00am. May be better chance then.

@Sanderson We are all customers here, so all we can do is provide the link to the numbers to call. Try the option for Lost/Stolen or Fraud to try to circumvent the system to get you through.

I have tried time and time again to get through and nothing just hung up on I need my services back as I have a sick child and I’m disabled my bill is not even a week late and I’m switched off it’s rediculouse I can’t get through to anyone for help iv been with o2 since 2013/14 and still turned off a few days after dew can anyone help me get in contact with someone who can help please

O2's policy and handling of customers having financial difficulties during this crisis has been nothing short of appalling. We are all customers here, and we can only do so much to try to advise on what to do. We do sympathise.

Welcome to the o2 community forum
So sorry to hear your difficulties. We are all customers like yourself and can only point you in the best direction. I believe the switch off may be automated and not personal although understandably very difficult.
There are only the links provided by member Bambino above these are the only ones available to us.
Try calling 08.00am
You should ask for the payment management team.
