I have been working abroard for a few weeks and my phone bill for this month has gone very high - i tried paying online but my cards were all refused
I've had my bank now clear the fraud blocking on my card for my 02 account BUT when i log in to 'my 02' i no longer have the option to pay on-line and so have to call the automated system... this just refused my card AGAIN... and as the offices are closed i can't speak to an advisor
there is no way for me to contact 02 on-line, which is frustrating, my only chance is to stay up into the early hours of the morning (due to the time difference here) to be able to call the UK 02 offices
is there no way to speak to an 02 advisor from abroard that is 24hrs and so works on my time difference
or even be able to drop customer services an email so i can notify them of the issue now my bill is going in to arrears!! i need my phone for work and so can't have it cut off while i'm working abroard
very frustrating
