Paying bill in full?

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hello there i have a few contracts out here and there. And all are used by me or family.

I was wondering if there is a way to put the rest of the money needed for the rest of the contract period into an account or something and have it be taken out of there

I don't want to terminate the contracts however, im just trying to clear up loose ends and having my phones payment's finished would be bliss

You would have to set up your own bank account and change the direct debits to all take from that account. O2 wouldn't do this.

The other way would be just to pay off all the contracts as in effect that is what you would be doing?

I would just put the lump sum in a bank account and change your direct debit details with O2 so the monthly amounts come out of that as suggested by jonsie.

Happy days.

Are you planning on never having a phone again or do you want to switch to Pay & Go? What would be point in paying off your contract?

The point of wanting to pay for it all now is basicly that i would rather not be paying each month anymore i would feel better knowing they are all payed for in full.

I will have to sort it out differently it seems

Whatever you do a direct debit is best and you should always check your bill monthly for errors or extra charges.

And then what would you do when your contract is up for renewal? Makes absolutely no sense to me. Why shell out all the money in one go when economically it's better to pay it monthly?
