Pay monthly END date

I pay monthly, I want to simply see when the end date is and also my device contract end date. This information is completely hidden as far as I can see. I've looked everywhere on the O2 app, and now on the site this BASIC information is simply missing. I go into Tariff Details and it shows the amount, "O2 Refresh Unlimited 20GB", what I get, and NOTHING else.

Same when I go into "Device Plan"; it shows "What you bought", Model, and Start Date. I have to calculate the damn end date from the start date and the length of contract, why doesn't it show end dates??

I call 202 to try and find out but typically Sunday you can't get anyone. Just a stupid machine "say this say that" nonsense for it to then tell me to call or chat on Monday morning, you know... when I'm in work.

This very basic information should always be available to customers, it's within my right to know and NOT to have to jump through hoops to find it.

Check your contract details (emails) from when you started or If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
