Hi,
I have bought O2 SIM this morning (with two top ups of 10 pounds each) and converted it to Pay go go international SIM by calling 4444.
I called Canada 2-3 times for total of 10 minutes; to my surprise my balance is now o.99 pounds. As per posted rate on website it's only 2p per minute to call Canada, even I double the minutes to 20 still its 20*2=40P.
Does anyone have similar situation where charges are posted in excess? What steps needs to be taken to get it corrected as there is no live agent either on phone or chat that can verify and answer this question.
Thanks in advance!
Hemant
