I’m old customer and have outstanding bill I want to pay. When I try to sign in with my email and number I’m not recognised. Want this paid soon as I’m paying interest now.

Don’t know how your paying interest on a phone bill. Usually the debt is passed to a collection agency with an added default on your credit score
