I need to pay my bill, but my app won’t work and my phone been cut off so I can’t call the payment line, and I also can’t log in to my o2 account or even the website because they ask for a authentication code which they text, which I can’t receive as my phone is disconnected, thanks

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202, 0344 809 0202, or specific payment management number 0800 902 0217 / 0800 032 5302
