Pay as you go doesn't working...

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hello everyone,

I just bought a sim card at the market paying 10 pounds for the bundle that was offered and after to put it on my iPhone there was a message warning about my balance which is 0 (zero). So calling 4444 I didn't hear nothing about activation or something like this unless asking me to topup again.

Could someone help me clarifying about this?

Thanks!

Kind regards.

Your £10 buys a bundle of data, mins and texts.
The credit is exchanged for these allowances.
You can call any UK mobiles, landlines, 0800 or 03 numbers and send UK texts from your bundle.
You also get 1gb of data.

If you need to call a number outside your allowances or send an international text it will ask you to top up and divert you to the top up line 4444. Other than that just use the phone normally and top up £10 after 30 days to renew your allowances.
