Solved: Pay and go go sim card

i have bought a new sony expieria e mobile phone
and i have 2 sim 02 sim cards 1 is pay and go go that i top up £10 - £20 a month
with free calls and texts ect.. and the other sim card you top £10 and is a simplicity Tarrif
that came with sony experia e i prefer pay & gogo which is better than simplicity tarriff
i put my pay &go go sim sim card in my new expeira e phone phone and did not work and i put it back in my old phone still not work can i tranfser my Pay & gogo number to my new sim card as i know it as it by heart

There is an online form but it won't work if you can't receive text messages to the sim http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk/ so it would be best to contact live chat, call 4445 or go into an O2 store to get the swap performed.
