i ported my old vodaphone number to a new o2 sim when will my old number port to the new sim?

You should have received a text to your old number confirming the changeover date.

If not, call customer services to check Guide: How to find help & contact O2

is it this one? would there be a problem i didn turn off the phone

Yes, that's the one.

It doesn't matter if phone is on but the old sim will turn off first and then after, up to 24 hours later, the O2 sim will turn off. At this point you should reboot the phone every half hour until you get a signal.
