Hello,
on Tuesday I got a new pay monthly sim and requested the PAC code from my original provider (three) I filled out the transfer a number form on the 02 website straight away and was told this would take 24 hours.
When I received the sim in the post yesterday (Friday) I activated the sim and followed all instructions however my number has not transferred over and still hasn’t now (12.20 Saturday) is this due to covid-19 and will take longer to transfer or do I need to submit a new PAC code now the sim is activated?

Try submitting again but ports are taking longer than usual and don't happen over the weekend..
Tuesday is probably the soonest you get get it done now.
