Why do I get different Balance reports depending on the method used.
Currently *#10# tells me I have a balance of £11.56, and it doesn't change when I make a call/SMS.
Texting "BALANCE" to 20202 returns a 'credit allowance' of £1.42. From June this appears to being used for current calls/SMS.
Is this some sort of unnotified Bonus? Its not Rewards; I know what that's doing!!
