Solved: Overdue payment

Good afternoon I have a query on my 02 app with my device plan stating that its over due I've checked my bank and it come out on the date it was supposed to. I have one payment left next month and my device plan is paid and I don't want to upgrade as my phone is fine who do I contact to sort this

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
