Over sea charges

Hi I'm in Kenya at the moment and the day I landed got a text about using my phone for a £4.99 a day charge and get all the same calls texts and data as uk only used it a few days so shonld only be a £30-£40 extra on my bill but just looked on my o2 app and £296 charge for calls and data

Even so, shouldn't the bill have been capped at £43/month?

Yeah it's odd I know I wasn't in UAE was think that the signal was being run by them don't know if you get a text from your phone company you would like to think it was the whole true

Data should be capped but not call costs etc

Ok must be mostly calls and texts then because at £6/MB it wouldn't take long to reach the cap. Thanks @adamtemp64
