Hi All

Why is 02 cheating Personal Data Customers ?

02 Personal customers appear to be 'charged' 24 x more for data on average than Business customers for the same data

Eg

An identical software update uses 33 x more data for Personal Users.

Every service in fact for Personal Customers appears uplifted in data use by a significant multiplr.

Also - cannot get through to 02 unless 'joining or leaving 02' on the phone

Also - has anyone got a direct email to customer services ??

Im an NHS front line worker and shouldnt have to be bothered with sorting this out.

Maybe 02 could follow EE example and give NHS staff preferential services at this this time

And no, @12345, there is no e-mail address for O2 Customer Services.

They are on the phone (many numbers), on Social Media (FB, Twitter and similar), and under normal circumstances on Webchat too (this is closed currently due to COVID-19 Restrictions).

Savings are available through Bolt-ons, O2 Family, O2 Open, O2 Priority, and Roam Like Home when in another EU country (for now!), @12345 - if you look, there are savings to be made in many places.

As an NHS front-line worker, O2 could do more for you, and other networks do that.

Thank you for the very important work you do in the NHS at this time, it is appreciated by all, even if O2 are a bit slow to the show in some respects.
