Over my data allowance

Hi. Ive gone over my data allowance. When I try to connect to the internet on my phone Im asked to buy some data. Why is this when I have £16-98 credit ? I thought I could pay the usual £1 per day ?

I'm on contract, I get 750 Mb a month of data, I used it all up last month, so I paid £6 for an extra 500 Mb, and I'm close to using all my data up this month, as of last night I have about 48 Mb left.

If you have a data allowance the webdaily doesn't apply. This applies to tariffs with no bolt ons.
