I have inadvertently ordered a SIM card for my new phone rather then my old SE - how do I go about changing this please

All o2 sims will fit any phone so there's no need for a specific one as long as it's the same type, ie contract or PAYG.

My new phone is I12 both are on contract but this sim doesn’t seem to want to go into the old phone 🤔

You can make the sim 3 different sizes by pushing out the bits you need to make smaller or building back up to make bigger.
