Placed a order for a SIM only deal on 1st April. 13 days later still no SIM card and ZERO updates or communication from O2?

Are they usually this poor?

I signed up to Vodaphone and had the SIM within 3 days and was live on day 5 which also included porting my old number across.

Any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately we cannot access orders or accounts from the community forum. You would have to try contacting O2 customer services in regards to this. I appriciate its difficult to at the moment but please persevere.

So it turns out you have to complain to get a answer. The order was apparently cancelled and they don’t know why? They will come back to me and let me know.

So 4 weeks later, still no SIM card, a reduced credit score for the search O2 performed and no one can really tell me what’s happened or not happening.

I can’t have another search on my credit file so I’m stuck with waiting for O2 to sort.

How can something so simple go so wrong?

Very easily with O2. When things go wrong no one will take the time to sort it properly. Phone down and on to the next call!
