Order missing

I’m still awaiting my recent order, this came with a promise ‘order by mid-night for next day delivery’, I wasn’t too concerned that it didn’t turn up the following day but I’m now into day 4 and still no closer to receiving my phone. Anyone else experiencing similar situation?
