Hi All,
I have been 02 customer a few years with a sim only deal. Placed an order for a Samsung Tab S8 ultra. It asked me for a deposit of £400 which I paid, and I asked to collect from store tomorrow as I go away for 6 months abroad and laptop broke so thought this is a good replacement.
I have had some contract information which I have signed but I can't see my order confirmation. I can see some horror stories on here of people needing contact customer Services, well its past 8pm so I can't. I am really annoyed that I am powerless to find out
