Hello,
I am trying to upgrade my phone through my 02 account.
I get to the checkout, but it then needs to send me a text to my current 02 phone number to verify the account. Unfortunately, my phone is not working and will not switch on. I was wondering if there was anyway I could process the upgrade without text verification (I can do email or other method?)

Can you put your sim in another phone to receive the text?
Borrow one from a friend or an old one you have in a drawer somewhere?
