Online bill viewing

Having phoned customer services 3 times, filled in an online form, visited an O2store, I still can't view my bill online. Any suggestions other than the one from the store which was, "I can print it out for you!"

I think that O2 will have to delete the account altogether and set it up from scratch. Unfortunately there is nothing else we can suggest on here, it's down to customer service.

A formal complaint may help as you have done everything possible to get this put right.

Try cs again as your details may need updating or they will try another reset

That's an interesting offer, I wonder how they would do that if you can't access it yourself?

There have been dozens of reports about this problem and O2 should be taking them seriously.
