One month early upgrade

As a 'blue customer' I was allowed to upgrade a month earlier so I do so presuming my old contract would end and be taken over by my new one however under my O2 account it is telling me I have two different contracts. When will my old contract end? How do I change to one contract when I was upgrading? I thought by upgrading I'd only have one account.

If you have upgraded the contract just follows on for another term.

 

I would suggest you contact 02 to clarify.

Yup, that should be the case! Do as bandofbrothers says and contact Customer Services and ask them to sort it for you!
