You could pick up a sim adapter from any o2 shop to place your nano sim in to use the s3.
Just not both at the same time unless your on a business tariff.
You could pick up a payg sim to use in the s3 with a new number.
As a side note you may want to check with o2 CS that they have you on the correct idata settings on your account.
If you have issues connecting to the internet then text ACTIVE to 2020, save settings and turn airplane mode off and on.

Indeed it does for the OP's iPhone 5s.
But they have a Samsung s3 too which uses a microsim.
