O2 starting to treat me as crap

Hi

I have been with o2 for quite some time, and have always praised them for treating me as a person however, that has now diminished. The last three months have been hell, my account has been changed, they have taken my monthly premium twice in one day, and they are starting to hard sell by getting you onto another deal by stealth, and then you find out they have not told you the facts. I now think it is time to leave and go with another firm, as I am 69 years old.

I have been told several times that a manager will get back to me. Good job I have not been holding my breath/

Hi,thats not good.Have you tried chatting to a member on the complaints team or sending an email to explain what has been happening?Unfortunately thats the eaiest way to put a complaint in.Unless someone has a direct number.Thats not right taking the money twice in one day.Have you been refunded for their mistake? They shouldnt be making changes to your account without your knowlegde.

Your post is a bit vague as to what's happening here.

If another account has been set up for you it's possible your it has been hacked into and you need the fraud team to look at that.

Also O2 don't sell by stealth so if you have been phoned up by anyone to try and sell you a new contract there is a good chance it's not O2 at all.

If you feel that O2 have treated you wrongly or made mistakes on your account you could raise a formal complaint which if not dealt with to your satisfaction would allow you to contact the Ombudsman who can ensure your problem is corrected:

Close any pop up window and read through the page above.

Post back here if there's anything you don't understand.

That's the beauty of choice !

If the 02 Network is not fulfilling your wants and needs and you feel your not getting good service then ask for your PAC Code and move on.
