Hello,
Due to coronavirus my wages were delayed and I was unable to pay my bill - I tried contacting O2 to let them know but obviously the call centres etc have closed making it very difficult - I was told that I could ring a number to get thorugh even from a restricted phone - however, mine has been completely cut off.
I have no other phone in the house so I am unable to contact that way - Is there anyway I can get in touch so I can sort this out - I get paid on 24th (Next Friday) And will be able to pay everything in full then - However, I tried to log into my O2 app and it seems they have deleted my account on there also.
