Hi there I was about a week late paying my o2 contract bill but paid it via the o2 banking app my outgoing calls have been switch off how long does it take to clear

@Dmcc It can take 48 hours or longer for the funds to clear O2's account.
You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217 and make sure any bars that may have been put on your account are removed.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best chance of getting through is calling at 8 am
