i have not been able to sign into my account since starting a contract. my phone number is xxxxxxxxxx. i have made first payment on this contract, the message i keep getting when i attempt to sign into the app is "something went wrong please try again latter" i have been traying again latter for over a month now.

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here
