I have recently upgraded my tariff to one that includes O2 travel as one of its features. I already have O2 Travel as a Bolt-On - do I have to unsubscribe from this as it is now included in my tariff?

Thanks in advance,

Alistair

No, as long as it is showing as a bolt on you are all set.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Thanks for answering my query - I was concerned that although my new tariff includes free O2 Travel, the fact that I also had it as an existing bolt-on, might mean that I would be charged the small fee for it.

Cheers

Alistair

Your old tariff is dead so nothing on that is relevant anymore.
