Hi all

I got a text message today, 8 days after my monthly bill payments stating O2 couldn't process my payment. This is incorrect as on myO2 there is no outstanding balance and it came out of my bank account 8 days ago. The number who sent me the message was +447495640042.

Has anyone had this before? Is this an O2 number even?
