Hi,
I've just been charged £5.68 for a 44 minute call to the 322 Group Conferencing number. Is this correct? Should this be part of the bundle? If not, 8p x 44 mins = £3.52?
Thanks for any advice..

best to ring 202 and get the charge explained as the support pages say 8p a minute

It appears it's 13p per minute on the Simplicity contract. This isn't on the website anywhere of course.

If you try calling 07720 322 322 from a non-O2 phone, you get through to the conference service. Try it from an O2 phone, and the number is not recognised, so I'm being charged for using this from an O2 phone, whereas I wouldn't from a non-O2 phone. Nice work guys.:smileyhappy:

Group Chat is only shown call costs in the business tariff pages as 8p as all business tariff prices are ex vat it is 9.6p a min inc vat. so should have been £4.22 if on a business contract.

O2 - I am on unlimited mins - why are you charging me to conference call?
What exactly is this charge for ? it both calls are covered in the mins bundle?
This is so fraustrating. What is the sense of having a smart phone thats going to cost an arm and a leg to use.
13p a min?! i have a blackberry Q10 - i will wait for your response.
