Waiting (im)patiently for you guys to transfer my number from my old network - I understand it's still the Christmas holidays, but a simple text or email to say when it'll be done wouldn't go a miss as I'm currently paying for a service from you that I can't use!

You will know it's happening when your old sim card loses connection from the porting network. Until then.....as above. ...
