Hi,
I requested a new number yesterday via web chat, and immediately my phone lost service, that's fine I was expecting that, told all services should be restored within 24 hours.
I'm now over the 24 hours, and still have no service at all! I can dial the new number and get my voicemail, but the phone says no service and no signal, after restarting the phone multiple times.
Live chat is currently unavailable and obv cant dial anyone. Has anyone got any tips here?
