Hi there
Yesterday I submitted a request along with the PAC to move my wife's current SIM over to the one I got as part of my Volt package.
I would have assumed that it would have happened today but it hasn't so just wondered does it sometimes take longer than 24 hours?

Ports are taking quite a while at the moment, @inbetweendays - you'll probably need to check that the old SIM has been deactivated, then keep rebooting the phone with the new SIM in it every so often - all the steps in here to check all has been done correctly: Guide: Migration & porting into O2
