I activated my pay monthly sim on Sunday and promptly received a text to say my number would port over (from Three) today, Tuesday 31st May.
I read somewhere that I should receive a second confirmation text on the day of the port prior to my old sim cutting out, however I have yet to receive such a text and my old Three sim continues to work. Can I be sure that my number will port today?

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here.
Give O2 a call on 0344 809 0202 from your working phone. If it was happening today your old sim should have lost service by now.
Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.

Support advised that from their end it looks like the port has gone ahead. I’ve placed a few calls from my phone using the O2 sim and it does indeed call from my old number. Bit strange though as my old Three sim is still live. Also having issues with iMessage activating but hopefully all these issues will be resolved by the end of the day
